DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

no we do not. we make every item to order for your pup, so we do not accept returns. please make sure to measure your pup's neck before purchasing!

however, in the rare case that you receive an item that has been damaged, you can contact us on our "contact us" page and we will get back to you as soon as possible 

CAN I WASH MY CLOUD AND PAWS CO. PRODUCT?

If anything gets on your bandana, we recommend spot cleaning our products to get out light stains and dirt. handwash our bandanas with lukewarm water if needed. 
if needed, gently iron

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

yes we do! however we cannot control shipping fees to your country. to prevent any unwanted surprise fees, you can contact your local mail office before placing your order

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?

unfortunately, no.
however all of our models each have unique discount codes to share with their followers for a discount- check out our models on our instagram story highlights! @cloudandpaws

CAN I GET FREE PRODUCTS IF I PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS? 

the short answer is no. being a small business we cannot afford to send free products out
